Is Cosmetic or Restorative Foot Surgery paid for by my insurance?

Many insurances will pay for your foot surgery if it is considered medically necessary (pain, discomfort severe disfigurement, non-functioning). This can be determined by Dr. Lee during a consultation. Many people mistakenly conclude that if the foot surgery is performed using a cosmetic technique that the surgery will not be paid for by their insurance. Insurance coverage is determined not by the technique but by the determination of medical necessity.

Do you see out-of-state patients?

Yes. From as far as Maryland to as close as California, Dr. Do and Lee often have patients from other states visit him for consultations and treatment of their foot or ankle conditions. We are conveniently located 10 minutes from from Sky Harbor Airport (Phoenix). And, of course we accept your out-of-state insurance plans.

I want to travel to Arizona for surgery with Dr. Lee. Where do I begin?

It starts with a simple email (see the link at the bottom of this page) or a phone call. We'll promptly send you via email, fax or mail a detailed brochure and check off list of how to arrange for surgery. If you have questions, we're happy to answer them for you as well.

Do you take my insurance?

We're on almost every insurance program throughout the U.S. To find out which one please call our friendly staff so they can verify which benefit you have.

I don't have an insurance program. Do you have a discount for cash payments?

Yes. We offer a cash discount for people paying cash since we don't incur any expenses for billing and collecting from insurance.

Do you have payment plans?

Yes. We offer Third Party Financing through Capital One. We also accept Visa and MasterCard for payment. Please call our Office for details.
